Wingstop is famous for its buffalo-style chicken wings which they serve in its 1,500 restaurants globally. Wingstop promises powerful flavors in its wings, hand-cut seasoned fries, sides and sauces but can you eat keto at Wingstop?
According to the restaurant’s online nutrition facts, there are 22 keto options at Wingstop under 20g of carbs. Keto dieters will be happy to know the Jumbo Wings are keto-friendly as well as most of their sauces like Atomic, Mild, Original Hot, Louisiana Rub, Garlic Parmesan and Lemon Pepper.
A 10 piece with these classic flavors will only set you back around 5g of carbs. However, we suggest staying away from their sweeter sauces which have much higher carb counts, such as Mango Habanero, Hickory Smoked, Hawaiian and Spicy Korean Q.
WingStop also offers Boneless Wings but they’re breaded and fried so even a 2-count Plain will set you back 13g of net carbs. This is still within the acceptable keto carb range so the choice is yours but you definitely have to be careful with the Boneless Wings and Tenders.
If you do choose these, we suggest having them plain or with a low-carb sauce like Mild, Garlic Parmesan or Lemon Pepper. Only eat a few and pair them with celery and carrot sticks that you can dip in either Ranch or Bleu Cheese for the perfect keto meal at WingStop.
