According to the ingredients list provided on their website, there are 5 vegan options at Pei Wei that do not contain any animal products.
The most popular menu items at Pei Wei are the Firecracker Chicken, Thai Coconut Curry Chicken, and Orange Chicken. Obviously, they are not the best options for vegans but you can still make the most out of your Pei Wei dining experience. Instead of these popular food items, we recommend ordering the Thai Dynamite that has tofu, red bell peppers, onions, scallions, and basil for the entree. The Five-spice Tofu & Fresh vegetables meal makes a great vegan entree as well.
Greens are also great selections for the vegan diet. We recommend trying the Bowl Greens & Grain. If you are in the mood for a bigger meal, you can opt for the Miso Side Salad that is a mix of greens, grapes, tomatoes, carrots, scallions, and red bell peppers.
