Panda Express is a super-popular Chinese-American restaurant with locations all around the US. It’s probably best known for its orange chicken or its Beijing beef, but it has also added healthier menu options over recent years to appeal to a wider audience. This means that there are also now some vegan items at Panda Express.
We took a look at their online nutritional menu and found that there are 6 vegan options at Panda Express, including one appetizer, one entrée, and a handful of side dishes. If you’re going for an appetizer, start with the vegetable spring rolls—choose from chilli, soy, hot mustard or plum sauce for dipping and dunking. When you’re ready to move on to an entrée, the eggplant tofu is suitable for vegans. We recommend enjoying it with steamed white or brown rice. You can also add a side of super greens or chow mein to bulk out your supper if you’re feeling hungry.
