Keto foods at Islands that we suggest keto eaters try are the BBQ buffalo wings with ranch as an appetizer or the Kalua pork with pineapple pico mini quesadillas. Otherwise, the rest of the appetizers on the menu are not very keto-friendly. We would also suggest avoiding the burgers because of the heavy carb load from the buns. However, if you skip the bun on the burger you could try bleunami burger, french onion burger, kilauea burger or mavericks burger which boast the best fat to carb ratios.
More keto foods at Islands that we recommend ordering would be the sleek greek salad, the caesar salad or the steamed veggies with butter.
