We’ve analyzed the allergen menu and ingredients list and found there are up to 12 gluten free options at First Watch, depending on your level of gluten sensitivity. Try 1 of their 2 bowls the Pesto Chicken Quinoa Bowl (quinoa, kale, carrots, roasted tomatoes, lemon chicken, basil pesto, crumbled Fetta cheese, and fresh herbs) or the Power Breakfast Quinoa Bowl (quinoa, sausage, mushrooms, tomatoes, kale, parmesan, EVOO, and eggs) for a hearty gluten free meal.
