It currently has over 200 locations worldwide and prides itself on its extensive menu of burgers, chicken wings, and sandwiches. It has also recently launched its healthy menu options that offer light meals – but how do the keto-friendly options at Fatburger stack up?
According to the official nutrition menu, there are 29 keto options available at Fatburger with under 20g of total carbohydrates.
It’s not exactly news that burgers contain a lot of carbs and are off-limits to low carb diets like the ketogenic diet. Essentially, the only way to eat burgers on keto is to leave off the buns. The same rule applies to Fatburger’s burger meals. This will drop the carb count to 10g of total carbohydrates which makes an adequate carb count for a meal.
