BurgerFi is a fast-casual American hamburger restaurant chain popularly known for its better burger concept. It serves its specialties from organic, humanely-raised, and free-range beef. It caters to 120 locations in the United States, Middle East, United Kingdom, and Mexico. Essentially, burgers are high in carbs so many keto eaters leave off this food in their diet but how about the burgers from BurgerFi?
According to the official nutrition menu, there are 23 keto options at BurgerFi with under 20g of net carbohydrates.
Burger lovers on keto will be delighted to know that BurgerFi has all-natural and keto-friendly burgers to choose from. We recommend the KetoFi burger which has a good amount of net carbs at 2g. The Fi’ed Chicken Tender (2) is also a good choice for a more filling keto meal with its 16g of net carbs.
Keto sauce options are also available but be careful as sauces can easily add up your carb intake. The best low-carb sauces to order are Mustard, Mayonnaise, Truffle Aioli, and Garlic Aioli.
